Medical Sterile Dryers for Device Reprocessing
Our sterile dryers are designed for the fast, uniform, and controlled drying of surgical instruments, medical devices, and tubing after washing. Designed for medical device reprocessing departments (MDRDs), they help effectively remove residual moisture before sterilization.
The Cenorin Series 50 uses high-performance horizontal airflow to provide uniform heat and air distribution throughout the chamber. This technology helps optimize drying cycles and support efficient medical device reprocessing.

Cenorin 50 Series Sterile Dryers
The Cenorin Series 50 provides high-performance drying for surgical instruments, medical devices, and tubing processed in medical device reprocessing departments. Its horizontal airflow system ensures uniform heat and air distribution throughout the chamber for complete and consistent drying.
With average drying cycles of 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the devices being processed, the Series 50 helps reduce reprocessing time. Its spacious chamber also allows a wide range of medical devices and tubing to be dried efficiently.
Key Features
Horizontal Airflow
High-performance horizontal airflow provides uniform distribution of heat and air for consistent drying throughout the chamber.
Fast Drying Cycles
Average drying cycles of 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the devices, help optimize medical device reprocessing workflows.
Controlled Temperature
Temperatures of up to 57 °C allow drying parameters to be adapted to different medical devices and reprocessing requirements.
Medical Device Capacity
The spacious chamber accommodates the simultaneous drying of surgical instruments, medical devices, and tubing.
Residual Moisture Removal
Controlled drying helps remove residual moisture after washing before subsequent reprocessing and sterilization steps.
Intuitive Controls
The touchscreen control panel makes it easy to adjust temperature and cycle duration according to reprocessing requirements.
LD200 System for Robotic Surgical Arm Drying
The LD200 is an optional drying system designed for robotic surgical arms, including those used with Da Vinci surgical systems. Compatible with Cenorin Series 50 dryers, it provides uniform drying of robotic surgical arms in approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
The LD200 can be added to a Series 50 dryer, including after the initial installation, providing a flexible solution for healthcare facilities using robotic surgical techno
